I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast had an excellent choice, and the location was just a short walking distance from the Bournemouth International Centre. Scott and Alan provided exceptional customer care, making the experience even better. However, there were some issues with the online reservation not being transferred and a very hard mattress in the room.
